Stay up to date on the progress of Lakewood Warehouses — our premium office and warehouse project in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. We’ll be sharing construction milestones, photos, and site developments as we move toward completion.
📅 November 11, 2025 — Pad Prep Complete
Exciting progress on site! The pad prep is officially complete, and the boards are now going up for the concrete slabs. The property is taking shape exactly as planned, with the building footprints now clearly visible from the road.
Over the next phase, crews will begin running underground utility lines for both buildings. Once that’s complete, we’ll pour the slabs and begin with the masonry work.
We’ll continue to post photo updates and milestones as we move closer to our target move-in date of July 1, 2026.
Stay tuned — progress is moving fast, and leasing opportunities are already active.
📅 February 2, 2026 — Slab + block
The slab tested out at nearly 5000 lbs in 30 days. At 6 inches with both steel and microfiber reinforcement, it is strong. The edges are nearly 2.5 feet deep as footers.
Feedback has included “ridiculously overbuilt.”
We think it is important that it lasts.
📅 February 19, 2026 — steel
Steel is starting to go up which is always a fun part of the process.
The metal should take about a month.
